- Ingredients: rice noodles, local Asian greens(GVB), organic carrot, local cucumber, cilantro, basil, mint, green onion, rice vinegar, lime juice, fish sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, sugar, s&p
- To serve: Place veggies onto serving plate, top with rice noodles, herbs, and dressing. I recommend using all the lime-rich dressing provided. This salad is excellent topped with medium-rare grilled steak, sliced.
