This hearty, flavorful bolognese is made with Muddy Creek Ranch grassfed beef and a small amount of Amaltheia organic bacon for extra flavor. It is served with spaghetti squash for a hearty and delicious meal for one or two.
- 1 serving includes 1 pint of bolognese (6oz beef) and 1 cup spaghetti squash; packaged in glass.

- Ingredients: Grassfed beef L, bacon OL, tomatoes, celery O, carrot O, onion O, olive oil, beef stock (roasted beef bones, onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, fresh parsley and bay leaves), white wine, herbs, spices, s&p.
- Spaghetti squash, olive oil, s&p.
- To serve: Warm squash and bolognese gently on stove until heated through. Top with parmesan and serve with warm, crusty bread if desired.
