Heather McDonnell

Foodie, Skier, Adventurer & Life-long Learner
While working over a decade in the ski industry, Heather pursued her many other interests as summer jobs and hobbies: holistic health, ayurveda, nutrition, organic farming and whole foods cooking to name a few. After becoming a health coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, she started Whole and Nourished in 2016 and started offering meal delivery in 2017.

Anita Pagliaro
Prep Cook, Food Packaging Extraordinaire Designer, Foodie, Gardener, Traveler
After years in the fashion business in New York, Anita expanded to the broader vision of interior design and event design. She has also worked extensively as an architectural, wardrobe, makeup and food stylist for print and film. Anita is continually working on new ideas and designs intended to improve aesthetics and function. She currently has a personal organization/interior design business.
