    Arugula, Wild Rice & Sweet Potato Salad w/Ginger Dressing

    This Green salad is a meal on its own or can be split into a couple smaller salads.  Arugula is topped with wild rice and roasted sweet potato, then dressed with a sweet ginger dressing and toasted pumpkin seeds.

    • 1 quart salad includes 2 Tbs pumpkin seeds & 1/3 cup dressing; packaged in glass.
    • GF, DF, SF
    • Salad Ingredients: Arugula O, sweet potatoes O, green onion, dried cranberries & pumpkin seeds O.
    • Dressing Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil O, honey L, ginger, s&p.
    • To serve: Place greens and veggies onto serving dish and top with pumpkin seeds and dressing. Add feta or goat cheese if desired.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
