    Bacon, Mushroom, Spinach, Onion & Cheddar Cheese Egg Frittata


    This breakfast frittata is a delicious option for your busy morning (or afternoon)!  It is made with Cordova Farms pasture-raised bacon, and organically grown spinach, mushrooms and cheddar cheese, and also includes a small amount of milk for a smoother texture. It can be warmed in the oven or microwave.

    • Size options: 1 small (17 oz), 1 large (36 oz) compostable container
    • Small serving contains 5 eggs and 2 oz bacon
    • GF, SF, not DF
    • Ingredients: Cordova Farms bacon L, eggs L, mushrooms O, spinach O, onion O, Tillamook cheddar cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes, annatto (color), Kalispell Creamery milk, s&p.
    • To serve: Remove lid. Heat in oven at 350F, directly in compostable container, for 15-20 minutes, until heated through. 
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
