These chicken thighs are cooked in a flavorful Turkish-inspired mix of orange slices, fennel, green olives and Maras Pepper. One serving includes 2 thighs, a dinner for one or two when served with a side. 

  • 1 serving includes 2 chicken bone-in, skin on thighs; packaged in a compostable container.
  • GF, DF, SF, W30
  • Ingredients: Smart Chicken thighs, fennel, red onion, green olives, garlic, maras pepper, orange, extra virgin olive oil, s&p. 
  • To serve: Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken on a pan lined with tinfoil. Heat 10-15 minutes, until heated through. If you'd like, turn oven to broil, move chicken to the top rack and broil the last couple minutes for crispy skin. Compostable containers are oven safe to 450.  Serve with bread, couscous, or another favorite grain.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
