This tasty mango chicken dish goes great with rice or even on its own.  Chicken thigh pieces are seasoned with black pepper then cooked with fresh herbs and dark rum before fresh mango is added. The dish is served with spiced cashews for serving.

  • 1 pint, quart; 1 pint serving includes 6oz chicken thighs; 2 Tbs cashews; packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF
  • Ingredients: Smart chicken, garlic, rum,  mango, cilantro, green onion, green bell pepper O, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, olive oil, cashews, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm gently on stove. Serve with rice. Top with cashews.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
