    Black Pepper Chicken Thighs w/Mango, Rum & Spiced Cashews


    This tasty mango chicken dish goes great with rice or even on its own.  Chicken thigh pieces are seasoned with fresh-ground black pepper then cooked with fresh herbs and dark rum before sweet mango is added. The dish is served with brown sugar and black pepper-spiced cashews.

    • Size options: 1 cup, 1 pint
    • 1 cup serving includes 6oz chicken thighs and 2 Tbs cashews
    • Packaged in glass and plastic

    • Ingredients: Smart chicken, garlic, rum, mango O, cilantro OL, green onion OL, roasted red pepper, apple cider vinegar O, brown sugar O, cayenne pepper, olive oil, cashews, s&p.
    • To serve: Warm gently on stove. Serve with rice. Top with cashews.
