These grassfed beef short ribs are slow cooked with organic bacon, onions and carrots in a sauce of red wine, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh herbs. 1 serving includes over a pound of grassfed beef ribs (bone-in) and can be split into a couple servings. It can be served alone or with potatoes or vegetables.

- To serve: Warm ribs gently on the stove, or in the oven at 350 until heated through.
