Chicken Thighs w/Apple Plum Sauce and Broccoli Side
This chicken dish is hearty, flavorful, and sure to please the whole family. Bone-in thighs are roasted in a sauce of apple, plum, ginger, spices, lime and honey. The sauce was made with locally grown apples and plums in the height of the season. It is served with a side of simply roasted broccoli. 1 serving serves 1-2.
- 1 serving includes 2 chicken thighs in sauce; 1 cup of broccoli; packaged in a compostable container.

- Ingredients: Smart chicken, apple L, plum L, onion O, garlic, ginger, chile, honey L, coconut aminos, lime juice, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, s&p.
- To serve: Warm in the oven. To re-crisp the skin, set chicken under the broiler before serving.
