    Chopped Veggie Salad w/Cashews & Sesame Ginger Dressing

    Mixed greens and sliced veggies are topped with cashews and sesame-ginger dressing for a tasty lunch or dinner. This hearty salad is a large meal or can be easily split into 3-4 side salads.
    • Size: 1 quart
    • 1 quart salad includes 2 Tbs cashews and 1/3 cup dressing
    • Packaged in glass

    • Salad Ingredients: Mixed Greens OL, red cabbage OL, carrot OL O, snap peas, cashews & sesame seeds.
    • Dressing Ingredients: Rice vinegar O, coconut aminos O, ginger O, garlic, sesame oil O, Organic Valley Sriracha (cayenne pepper puree, water, organic cane sugar, red jalapeno peppers, organic distilled vinegar, organic dried garlic, cayenne powder, xantham gum, citric acid), sugar O, s&p.
    • To serve: Place greens and veggies onto serving dish, add cashews and dressing, and enjoy!
