This salad goes very well in pita bread, on pita chips or crostini, on a salad or on its own. It is made with local hard-boiled eggs, flavored with harissa (North African spice blend) and brightened by lemon zest!
  • 1 cup, pint or quart; 1 cup includes more than 3 eggs and toasted almonds (packaged separately); packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF, W30
  • Ingredients: Eggs L, spinach OL, extra virgin olive oil O, garlic, harissa, almonds, salt, lemon zest, s&p
  • To serve: Enjoy this egg salad by itself, in a pita, on a bed of greens, wrapped in lettuce or cabbage leaf, or as a topping on chips or crostini.
