We marinate locally raised lamb in a mix of fresh herbs and lemon before vacuum sealing and delivering it to you for your own cookout. Enjoy at home or bring to a BBQ to share. 24oz lamb, served with a side, feeds 4 to 6 people.

Beef Ingredients: Lamb L, rosemary OL, mint OL, parsley OL, oregano OL, garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, extra virgin olive oil O, s&p.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high (450F). Remove lamb from plastic bag, and loosely thread onto skewers. They should touch but not be packed tightly. Grill, turning once or twice during cooking, until you've reached desired temperature, 6-10 minutes. Remove from grill and rest 5-7 minutes before serving. Serve w/Greek Salad.
Medium-rare = 145F. Internal temperature will rise 5-10 degrees after removing from oven.
