These hearty and flavorful egg muffins are a perfect on-the-go breakfast or snack. Eggs are scrambled before being mixed with sauteed veggies inside a muffin cup, then baked. Each one is like a convenient 1 egg veggie omelet. There are 4 muffins in an order. 
  • 4 egg muffins
  • GF, DF, SF, W30
  • Ingredients: Mission Mountain Eggs O, onion, bell pepper O, spinach O, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm muffins in your oven at 350 for around 5 minutes, until heated through. 
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
