This hearty mix of fall veggies is roasted before being tossed in a balsamic glaze. It is a flexible dish and can be served on its own, over grains, or with a protein. 1 serving serves 1-2.

  • 1 pint, quart; packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF
  • Ingredients: Carrots OL, sweet potatoes O, winter squash OL, brussel sprouts, onion O, fingerling potatoes OL, garlic, extra virgin olive oil O, s&p.
  • Balsamic Glaze Ingredients: Veggie stock, extra virgin olive oil O, balsamic vinegar, honey L, dijon mustard, lemon juice, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm gently on the stove. Serve on its own, or on top of rice, quinoa, or with a protein.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
