    French Potato, Purple Bean, Arugula and Egg Salad

    This nicoise inspired salad makes a great lunch with its flavorful mix of colorful beans, potatoes, egg, capers, arugula and herbs. This salad can be served right out of the fridge or at room temperature. 
      • 1 pint, quart;  packaged in glass.
      • GF, DF, SF, W30
      • Ingredients: Green and Purple Beans OL, potatoes O,  eggs L, arugula OL, anchovy, capers, parsley, chives, basil, garlic, dijon mustard, spices, white wine vinegar O, extra virgin olive oil O, s&p.
      • To serve: Potatoes and beans are pre-dressed. Simply plate salad and mix well. 
      • Enjoy within 5 days.
