Granola w/Stewed Rhubarb

This clumpy, tasty granola is served with a side of rhubarb cooked with lemon, honey and vanilla. It can be served with yogurt for a hearty and delicious breakfast or with ice cream for a tasty and healthy dessert. 1 pint serves 2-4. 
  • 1 pint, quart granola; separate jar of stewed rhubarb
  • GF, DF, SF
  • Granola Ingredients: MT gluten free oats L, pumpkin seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds, puffed rice, garbanzo flour, coconut oil O, honey L, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg & salt.
  • Rhubarb Stew: Rhubarb OL, honey L, lemon and vanilla.
  • To serve: Enjoy with your favorite yogurt or ice cream. Warm the rhubarb stew if desired. Granola keeps for weeks in the refrigerator and even longer if stored in the freezer.
  • Packaged in glass.
