Ingredients: Muddy Creek Ranch grassfed beef roast L, tomatoes, pearl onions, red wine, red wine vinegar O, sugar O, cinnamon, allspice, extra virgin olive oil O, s&p.
To serve: Warm stew gently on the stove. Top with a splash of red wine vinegar, a drizzle of olive oil, and/or feta cheese. Serve w/crusty bread or roasted potatoes.
