These chicken thighs are cooked in a delicious blend of tomatoes, herbs, cauliflower, and kalamata olives. Top with feta cheese if you'd like, or serve as is. One serving is a hearty meal for one. This dish can also be made into a meal for two by serving with rice.
- 1 serving includes 2 bone-in chicken thighs; packaged in a compostable container.

- Ingredients: Smart Chicken thighs, cauliflower O, tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onion O, garlic, red wine vinegar, cinnamon, thyme, parsley, s&p.
- To serve: Warm gently on the stove until heated through or heat in the oven directly in compostable container (oven safe to 450). Top with feta cheese, if desired.
