This kale salad is a great lunch or dinner on its own or can be made into 2-4 side salads. You could also add grilled chicken or another protein, if desired.
  • 1 quart salad includes 1/3 cup dressing, 2 Tbs sunflower seeds; packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF
  • Salad Ingredients: Kale O, Timeless MT chickpeas L, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, sunflower seeds, s&p.
  • Dressing Ingredients: Fresh squeezed lemon juice, tahini O, extra virgin olive oil O, dijon mustard, garlic, s&p.
  • To serve: Place greens and veggies into serving dish, add sunflower seeds and dressing. Add parmesan cheese, if desired.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
