Green Salad w/Roasted Beets, Sunflower Shoots, Maple Walnuts & Honey-Balsamic Vinaigrette
This Green salad is made with mixed organic lettuce, roasted beets, local microgreens, delicious maple walnuts, and a thick and tasty balsamic dressing. It is a meal on its own or can be split into 3-4 side salads.
1 quart salad includes 1/3 cup dressing, 1/4 cup maple walnuts; packaged in glass.

Salad Ingredients: Mixed lettuce O, beets OL, sunflower shoots OL, walnuts, maple syrup, s&p.
Dressing Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil O, honey L, balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard O, s&p
To serve: Place greens and veggies onto serving dish, add walnuts and dressing. Add goat cheese if desired.
