This is a creamy, dairy free veggie casserole with an almond crust. One serving is a main meal for 1 or can be used as a couple tasty side dishes.

  • Choice of 1-4 servings;  packaged in a compostable container; almond crumble packaged separately.
  • GF, DF, SF, W30
  • Ingredients: Kale OL, fennel, onion OL, cauliflower O, vegetable stock  (onions, white-only leeks, carrots, celery, mushrooms, parsnips, fennel, parsley, tomatoes, garlic and fresh bay leaves), olive oil, garlic powder, tapioca starch, almonds, Italian seasoning, s&p.
  • To serve: Preheat oven to 350. Place casserole in oven proof dish and warm for 20 minutes, until heated through. 
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
