This hearty kale salad is topped with locally grown sugar snap peas, fresh mint, apricots, almonds and a tasty miso dressing. It can be served as a meal on its own or can be split into 2-4 smaller salads. 
  • 1 quart salad includes 1/3 cup dressing and 2 Tbs almonds (packaged separately); packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF
  • Salad Ingredients: Baby kale OL, sugar snap peas OL, mint OL, apricots & toasted almonds.
  • Dressing Ingredients: Chickpea miso paste, ginger, olive oil, rice vinegar, lemon juice, honey, s&p.
  • To serve: Place salad into serving dish, add almonds and dressing. Add feta cheese if desired.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
