    Miso-Ginger Chicken Salad


    This chicken salad is made with whole roasted MT chicken, cucumber, fresh herbs, and a flavorful dressing made with chickpea miso, ginger, fresh lime juice, and almonds. It can be served on its own or on a bed of greens.

    • 1 cup, pint, quart; packaged in glass.

    • Ingredients: Whole MT chicken, cucumber O, Miso Masters Chickpea Miso (organic handmade rice koji, organic whole chickpeas, sun-dried sea salt, Blue Ridge Mountain well water, koji spores), almonds, green onion, cilantro, lime juice, rice wine vinegar, ginger, dijon mustard, honey L, olive oil, s&p.
    • To serve: Serve on its own or on a bed of greens.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
