This satisfying dish is full of flavor.  Beef pot roast is slow cooked with spices, orange and lemon slices, then pulled apart and served with Moroccan-spiced Cauliflower Rice.

  • Beef Ingredients: Grassfed Beef roast, extra virgin olive oil O, onion O, lemon, orange, cumin, coriander, ginger, cloves, cayenne pepper, s&p.
  • Cauliflower Rice Ingredients: Cauliflower O, onion O, extra virgin olive oil O, vegetable stock  (onions, white-only leeks, carrots, celery, mushrooms, parsnips, fennel, parsley, tomatoes, garlic and fresh bay leaves), raisins, almonds, turmeric, cinnamon, green onion, dried apricots, s&p
  • To serve: Heat gently on the stove or in the oven.
