This breakfast frittata is a delicious option for your busy morning (or afternoon)! There is a small amount of milk in it for a smoother consistency. It is full of organically grown spinach, mushrooms and Amaltheia feta cheese, and can be warmed in the oven or microwave.

Ingredients: Eggs L, mushrooms O, spinach O, sun-dried tomatoes, Amaltheia goat cheese OL, parsley O, Kalispell Creamery milk L, s&p.
To serve: Remove lid. Heat in oven at 350F, directly in compostable container, for 15-20 minutes, until heated through.
Enjoy within 5 days.
