    Oatcakes w/GF Prairie Oats, Flax Seeds, Maple Syrup and Walnuts

    Oatcakes are nutty, slightly sweet, densely packed muffins. Made with teff flour, flax seeds, toasted walnuts and local oats, they are quite nutritious and great for breakfast or a mid-day snack. Maple Syrup helps to sweeten and keep them moist. They freeze well so be sure to stock up!
    • 1 serving includes 3 oatcakes; packaged in plastic.

    • Ingredients: GF Prairie Oats, teff flour, baking powder, salt, flax seeds, walnuts, coconut oil, olive oil, maple syrup, sugar and eggs L. 
    • To serve: Warm slightly in the oven or microwave, or eat at room temperature.
    • Enjoy within 5 days. Oatcakes freeze well.
