This fresh, flavorful meal consists of crisp lettuce, rice noodles, organic pork, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and lots of fresh herbs with a tangy lime dressing. One quart is a large meal for one.

• One size only: 1 large quart serving
• 1 serving includes 1 quart jar full of rice noodles, veggies and lettuce (to be kept cold), 4oz serving of organic pork (to be warmed up before topping the salad) and a lime wedge

• Ingredients:  Amaltheia pork OL, rice noodles, cucumber OL, cherry tomatoes OL, mint OL, cilantro OL, green onion OL, serrano chili, ginger, garlic, olive oil and lime.
• Dressing Ingredients (rice noodle and veggie mix are pre-dressed): Fresh-squeezed lime juice, lime zest, orange juice, fish sauce, honey L, shallot, olive oil and salt.
• To serve: Warm pork on the stove until heated though. Empty lettuce, rice noodles, and veggie & herb mixture from jar into a large bowl. Rice noodles and veggies contain the dressing. Top with warm pork, mix well and enjoy. 
• Enjoy within 5 days.
