These grassfed beef short ribs, browned then slow-cooked in a flavorful mix of mushrooms, almonds, prunes, port and spices, are melt-in-your-mouth delicious.  1 serving is a hearty and indulgent meal and can even be split when served with a side.

  • 1 serving includes 2 bone-in beef short ribs (over 1 pound) with sauce and toasted almonds for garnish; packaged in a compostable container.

  • Rib Ingredients: Grassfed Beef Short ribs L, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms, prunes, almonds, port, red wine, onion O, garlic, ginger, parsley, thyme, bay leaf, cinnamon, clove, star anise, orange zest, beef stock (roasted beef bones, onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, fresh parsley and bay leaves), s&p.
  • To serve: Warm ribs in the oven on 350 until heated through. Can be warmed directly in compostable container up to 475.
