This shrimp curry is full of shrimp, veggies and flavor.  This is a 1 pint serving, not a soup. There is no broth added, just a hearty base of coconut milk!
  • 1 pint includes 4oz large shrimp. Jasmine rice sold separately.
  • GF, DF, SF
  • Ingredients: Shrimp, carrot O, bell pepper O, coconut milk O, fish sauce, red curry paste (dried red chili, garlic, lemongrass, shallot, galangal, shrimp paste, kaffir lime peel), coconut oil, spices, herbs, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm gently on the stove. Serve with white or brown rice and a squeeze of lime. 
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
