Jasmine rice is cooked with organic coconut milk and fresh ginger for a delicious side.  This coconut rice pairs well with this week's Green Curry and Jerked Pork. 
  • 1 cup, pint, quart; packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF
  • Ingredients: Jasmine Rice, coconut milk O, ginger & salt.
  • To serve: Warm gently on the stove with a little water until heated through.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
