These flavorful, grassfed beef short ribs are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. They are cooked with the bone in, then taken off the bone before packaging. 1 serving includes 12 ounces of short ribs (approx. 6oz rib meat) and 1 cup of sauteed asian vegetables.

  • 6 ounces of short rib meat and 1 cup vegetables, packaged separately.

  • Short Rib Ingredients: Yellowstone Grassfed Beef Short ribs, coconut aminos, honey L, rice vinegar O, garlic OL, ginger, green onion, sesame oil, beef stock (roasted beef bones, onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, fresh parsley and bay leaves), spices, s&p.
  • Vegetable Ingredients: Carrots O, napa cabbage OL & celery sauteed with the same ingredients as above.
  • To serve: Warm ribs and vegetables gently on the stove until heated through. Serve with rice, if desired. Top with green onions (included.)
