This locally raised lamb is seasoned then slow cooked until tender for a delicious spring meal. Serve with spring vegetables.

  • 1 serving includes 8oz lamb shoulder with gravy.
  • GF, DF, SF, W30
  • Ingredients: Lamb shoulder, onion, carrots, garlic, herbs, chicken stock (roasted chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery, fresh parsley stems and bay leaves), tapioca starch, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm in oven at 350 about 15 minutes, until heated through.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
  • Served in compostable container.
