This delicious grain and veggie dish includes turmeric eggs and fresh lemon and parsley dressing. It is made with Montana grown organic lentils and organic veggies.

  • 1 serving includes a large portion of grains and vegetables, 2 hard-boiled eggs and 1/3 cup dressing; packaged in glass.

  • Salad Ingredients: Quinoa, Timeless black beluga lentils, carrot O, squash O, bell pepper O, eggs L, turmeric, vinegar, sugar, s&p.
  • Dressing Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, mustard, parsley, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, s&p.
  • To serve: Add veggies and eggs to serving dish. Top with dressing.
