This simple dish of ground beef, potatoes and peas is loaded with spices and flavor from ginger, chilies, herbs, garam masala and more. It can be served on its own or with rice (on the menu this week), pasta or bread. 1 serving includes 6oz of Muddy Creek Ranch grassfed beef.

  • Ingredients: Grassfed beef L, potatoes O, diced tomatoes, onion O, garlic, ginger, serrano chilies, cilantro O, coriander, cumin, cayenne, turmeric, green peas, garam masala, olive oil, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm on the stove until heated through. Serve on its own or with rice, another grain, bread, tortillas, or even with a fried egg!
