This simple dish of ground beef, potatoes and peas is loaded with spices and flavor from ginger, chilies, herbs, garam masala and more. It can be served on its own or with rice (on the menu this week), pasta or bread. One serving includes 6oz of Muddy Creek Ranch grassfed beef.

Ingredients: Grassfed beef L, potatoes OL, fire-roasted tomatoes, onion O, garlic, ginger, serrano chilies, cilantro OL, coriander, cumin, cayenne, turmeric, green peas O, garam masala, olive oil, s&p.
To serve: Warm on the stove until heated through. Serve on its own or with rice, another grain, bread, tortillas, or even with a fried egg!
