    Carrot Cardamom Soup

    Organic, locally grown carrots and other veggies are cooked then blended with coconut milk and spices for a smooth and delicious meal or side.  Every quart of soup is made with nearly 1 1/2 pounds of carrots and sweet potatoes! This flavorful quart of soup serves 2-4.

    1 quart of soup contains 1 1/2 lb of carrots and sweet potatoes and serves 2-4 when served with a salad or other side.

    Packaged in glass.

    Ingredients: Carrot OL, sweet potato O, coconut oil O, onion O, garlic, cardamom, ginger O, Thai Kitchen coconut milk (coconut milk, water, guar gum), veggie stock  (onions O, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms O, parsnips O, parsley O, basil O, thyme, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, s&p), sugar O, s&p.

    Preparation

    To serve: Heat gently on the stove until warmed through.
