Organic, locally grown carrots and other veggies are cooked then blended with coconut milk and spices for a smooth and delicious meal or side.  Every quart of soup is made with nearly 1 1/2 pounds of carrots and sweet potatoes! This flavorful quart of soup serves 2-4. 
  • 1 quart; packaged in glass.

  • Ingredients: coconut oil, onion O, garlic, carrot OL, sweet potato O, apple O, cardamom, ginger, coconut milk, vegetable stock  (onions, white-only leeks, carrots, celery, mushrooms, parsnips, fennel, parsley, tomatoes, garlic, and fresh bay leaves), sugar, s&p
  • To serve: Heat gently on the stove until warmed through.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
