This classic chicken dish is hearty, flavorful, and sure to please the whole family. Bone-In Chicken thighs are marinated then roasted in a mix of olives, prunes, capers and herbs. They are then topped with white wine and a bit of brown sugar before baking to perfection. Serve with your grain of choice and a side of Root Cellar Veggies. One serving includes two thighs.
Chicken Ingredients: Smart chicken, prunes, green olives, capers, garlic, red wine vinegar, white wine, olive oil, spices & herbs, brown sugar, s&p.
To serve: Warm gently on stove or in the oven. Can be warmed directly in compostable container. Serve atop pasta, rice, your grain of choice, or warm crusty bread. Serve w/steamed or roasted veggies (such as Root Cellar Food's ready-to-cook broccoli and cauliflower).
