This chicken salad is rich, creamy and flavorful. We made and froze plenty of locally grown basil pesto so that you can enjoy the taste of summer in January!  This chicken salad can be served on its own, as a sandwich or on a bed of greens. Pesto is homemade with locally grown basil, pecans, pumpkin seeds, almonds and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

  • 1 cup, pint, quart; packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF; contains raw egg (mayo)
  • Ingredients: Whole MT chicken, red onion O, tomatoes, spinach O, mayo (eggs, dijon mustard, lemon, apple cider vinegar O, olive oil), basil OL, garlic, pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, extra virgin olive oil O, s&p.
  • To serve: Add to salad greens or sandwich, or enjoy as is!
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
