It is delivered frozen, so you can keep it in your freezer for a rainy day, or thaw immediately to enjoy freshly-baked cookies at home!

Ingredients: Bob's Red Mill GF Flour (sweet rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xantham gum), oat flour, Kerrygold butter, Guittard chocolate chips (sugar, cacao beans, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), cocoa powder, molasses O, raw* egg L, brown sugar O, raw cane sugar O, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, ginger & salt.

Thaw dough in fridge. Preheat oven to 350F. Line sheetpan with parchment. Scoop out about 2 Tbs of cookie dough, roll into a ball, roll into sugar and place on sheetpan. Bake for 9-12 minutes, depending on cookie size and oven, rotating halfway through. Cookies should be puffed and cracked, and dough between the cracks looks underbaked. Remove, let cool and enjoy!
