    Cookie Dough - Chocolate Ginger - Frozen

    These gluten-free cookies are soft, chewy and delicious. Filled with ginger spice and gooey pockets of melted chocolate, this is a treat the whole family will enjoy! It is delivered frozen, so you can keep it in your freezer for a rainy day, or thaw immediately to enjoy freshly-baked cookies at home!
    • 1 lb of cookie dough makes about a dozen cookies
    • GF, SF, not dairy-free (contains butter)
    • Ingredients: Bob's Red Mill GF Flour (sweet rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xantham gum), oat flour, Kerrygold butter, Guittard chocolate chips (sugar, cacao beans, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), cocoa powder, molasses, egg L, brown sugar,  raw cane sugar,  vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, and salt.
    • Preheat oven to 350. Line sheetpan with parchment. Scoop out about 2 Tbs of cookie dough, roll into a ball, roll in sugar and place on sheetpan.  Bake for 9-12 minutes, depending on cookie size and oven, rotating halfway through.  Cookies should be puffed and cracked, and dough between the cracks looks underbaked.
