This is a rich, dark, sticky gingerbread, baked then served in its own compostable container. It is full of flavor from blackstrap molasses, local honey, high-quality Kerrygold butter and both fresh and ground ginger. This gingerbread can be served on its own or topped with whipped cream. Be sure to warm it up first!

Ingredients: Bob's Red Mill GF Flour Blend (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), blackstrap molasses O, Kerrygold butter, honey L, eggs L, milk O, dark brown sugar, ginger O, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, baking soda & salt.
