Fire up the grill and enjoy these flavorful Chicken Skewers with this week's Grilled Veggies.  We marinate boneless skinless chicken thigh pieces n a mix of lemon juice, olive oil and seasonings before vacuum sealing and delivering it to you for your own cookout. Enjoy at home or bring to a BBQ to share. 24oz chicken, served with a side, feeds 4 to 6 people.  

  • 1 serving includes 24oz chicken (vacuum-sealed), skewers for grilling and 1/2 cup sauce for serving.

  • Ingredients: Smart Chicken, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, honey L, extra virgin olive oil O, parsley OL, mint OL, s&p.
  • Cooking Instructions: Heat grill, covered, 10-15 minutes, clean and oil the cooking grate. Reduce to med-high just before adding chicken.  Thread chicken onto skewers, scrunching multiple pieces onto each.  Grill until chicken is well charred all over, 10-12 minutes, turning once or twice during cooking, . Remove from grill and cover in included dressing. Serve w/Grilled Veggies.
