This tasty dish rice salad is a great side dish or can also be made a meal on its own. Wild rice, dried cherries and fresh basil are dressed with a delicious Lemon-Dijon Dressing, and served with fresh, locally grown arugula.  
  • Size options: 1 pint, 1 quart
  • 1 pint salad includes 1 tbsp toasted almonds
  • Packaged in glass

  • Ingredients: Wild Rice, arugula OL, almonds, dried cherries (cherries, sugar, sunflower oil), fresh basil OL, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil O, garlic, dijon mustard, Cook's honey L, s&p.
  • To serve: Add almonds (included) and enjoy this salad on its own. Add feta if desired.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
