This hearty, comforting soup is made with a base of coconut milk, is full of wild rice and has sweet and spicy turmeric and red curry flavors.  It includes cubed, roasted sweet potatoes and a lime for serving. One quart serves 2-4.
  • 1 quart soup includes a lime for serving; packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF, contains shrimp (curry paste)
  • Ingredients: Lundberg wild rice blend, sweet potato O, Mae Ploy Red Curry Paste (Dried red chili, garlic, lemongrass, salt, shallot, galangal, shrimp paste, kaffir lime peel, pepper), coconut oil, garlic, shallot, onion O, turmeric, sugar, coconut aminos, coconut milk O, lime, s&p.
  • To serve: Heat soup gently on the stove until heated through. Serve with a squeeze of lime.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
