Stuffed peppers are a hearty and flavorful meal the whole family can enjoy. These bell peppers are roasted then stuffed with a mix of browned beef, chilies, olives and spices.

1 serving includes 2 pepper halves and contains 6oz beef and 4 oz guacamole, a suitable meal for 1-2, depending on sides served.
Packaged in a compostable container (oven safe to 450F).
Pepper Ingredients: Grassfed beef L, bell pepper, onion O, garlic, extra virgin olive oil O, diced tomatoes, green chilies, black olives, paprika, cumin, s&p.
Guacamole Ingredients: Avocado, diced tomato, fresh-squeezed lime juice, chilies, onion O, cilantro O, s&p.

To serve: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove lid and gaucamole. Warm directly in compostable container or place peppers on baking sheet and heat for 15-20 minutes, until warmed through. Peppers can be topped with cheese, if desired, and served with a grain such as rice, then topped with included guacamole.
