    MT Beef & Sugar Snap Pea Stir Fry

    This beef stir fry is a delicious and satisfying meal. MT Flank Steak is sliced thin then stir-fried with snap peas, bell pepper, herbs and a simple Asian sauce of coconut aminos, sesame oil and madeira wine.

    • Size options: 1 pint, 1 quart
    • 1 pint serving includes 6oz beef and 1 Tbs sesame seeds
    • Packaged in glass

    • Ingredients: Grassfed beef L, sugar snap peas OL, bell pepper O, scallions OL, garlic, tapioca starch, madeira or sherry wine, coconut aminos, sesame oil, chicken stock (onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, parsnips, parsley, basil, thyme, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, s&p), Organic Valley Sriracha (cayenne pepper puree, water, organic cane sugar, red jalapeno peppers, organic distilled vinegar, organic dried garlic, cayenne powder, xantham gum, citric acid), sesame seeds, olive oil, s&p.
    • To serve: Warm on the stove until heated through. Serve with rice (sold separately this week). Other optional garnishes include sesame oil, chili sauce, and fresh herbs.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
