This beef stir fry is a delicious and satisfying meal on a summer day. Grassfed flank steak from Muddy creek ranch is sliced thin then stir fried with herbs and a simple asian sauce of coconut aminos, sesame oil and sherry.
- 1 serving includes 6oz beef and 1 Tbs sesame seeds; packaged in glass.

- Ingredients: Grassfed beef L, sugar snap peas OL, scallions OL, garlic, tapioca starch, sherry, coconut aminos, sesame oil, chicken stock (roasted chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery, fresh parsley stems and bay leaves),
- Organic Valley Sriracha (cayenne pepper puree, water, organic cane sugar, red jalapeno peppers, organic distilled vinegar, organic dried garlic, cayenne powder, xantham gum, citric acid), sesame seeds, olive oil, s&p.
- To serve: Warm on the stove until heated through. Serve with rice (sold separately this week) and top with sesame seeds (included). Other optional garnishes include sesame oil, chili sauce and fresh herbs.
