This beef stir fry is a delicious and satisfying meal. Muddy Creek Ranch Sirloin Steak is sliced thin then stir-fried with snap peas, bell pepper, herbs and a simple sauce of coconut aminos, sesame oil and madeira wine.

Ingredients: Grassfed beef L, sugar snap peas, bell pepper O, scallions OL, garlic, tapioca starch O, madeira or sherry wine, coconut aminos O, sesame oil O, veggie stock (onions O, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms O, parsnips O, parsley O, basil O, thyme O, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar O, s&p), Sky Valley Sriracha (cayenne pepper puree (cayenne peppers, salt, distilled vinegar), water, sugar, jalapeno peppers (red jalapeno peppers, salt, citric acid), dried garlic, distilled vinegar, spice, less than 2% of xanthan gum, citric acid), sesame seeds O, olive oil, s&p.
- To serve: Warm on the stove until heated through. Serve with rice (sold separately this week). Other optional garnishes include sesame oil, chili sauce, and fresh herbs.
