Fire up the grill and enjoy these flavorful Portobello Mushrooms at home. We stuff large portobellos with sweet, ripe tomatoes and house-made basil-pesto before vacuum sealing and delivering it to you for your own cookout. We recommend adding feta cheese to the pesto mix before grilling for an even more decadent outdoor meal!  4 Portobellos feeds 4 when served with a side. Enjoy at home or bring to a BBQ to share.

  • Ingredients: Portobello mushrooms, pesto (basil OL, pumpkin seeds, garlic, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, e.v. olive oil O, salt), tomatoes OL, s&p.
  • Grilling Instructions: Optional: add feta cheese to pesto/tomato mix before grilling. Heat grill to medium. Grill mushrooms for 10-12 minutes, or until soft when pierced with a knife. Serve hot and enjoy!
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
