This hearty, wholesome chicken and veggie soup is FULL of meat and veggies. We use whole Montana chicken so you enjoy a mix of dark and white meat. 1 quart serves 2-4, and can even be served as an entree along with pasta or gnocchi.

Ingredients: Whole MT chicken, onion OL, garlic, carrots OL, parsnips OL, winter squash O, celery O, kale O, tomato paste, chicken stock (roasted chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery, fresh parsley stems and bay leaves), olive oil, spices, herbs, s&p.
To serve: Warm gently on the stove. If desired, serve with pasta or gnocchi, and top with parmesan and crusty bread.
Enjoy within 5 days.
