    Lemony Spring Chicken Soup w/Carrots, Asparagus, Sweet Peas & Fresh Herbs

    This soup is hearty yet refreshing, full of spring veggies, herbs and fresh-squeezed lemon. We roast whole MT chicken so that you can enjoy both red and white meat. It can be served with your favorite grain, or enjoyed on its own.

    1 quart soup contains approx. 8 oz chicken, a suitable serving for 2 when served with a side.

    Packaged in glass.


    Ingredients: Smart chicken breast and thighs, olive oil, onion O, garlic, carrots O, celery O, sweet peas O, asparagus, veggie stock (onions O, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms O, parsnips O, parsley O, basil O, thyme, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar O, s&p), basil O, lemon juice and zest, s&p.
