    Pork Chili Verde

    We start this flavorful chili verde with homemade verde sauce:  roasted tomatillos, chilies and garlic blended with fresh-squeezed lime juice, cilantro and onion. Local, pasture-raised pork shoulder from Cordova Farms is cooked for several hours in this sauce and other spices, and potatoes are added last to round out this hearty meal!

    • 1 pint serving includes 6oz pork shoulder and a lime for garnish

    • Ingredients: Cordova Farms Pork Shoulder L, veggie stock (onions O, carrots O, celery O, mushrooms O, parsnips O, parsley O, basil O, thyme, garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, s&p), anaheim pepper, poblano pepper, aleppo pepper, potatoes OL, jalapeno, tomatillos, onion O, garlic, cilantro OL, lime juice, olive oil, bay leaf, oregano, s&p. 
    • To serve: Heat gently on the stove until heated through. Serve with rice, tortillas, avocado, sour cream and/or cilantro. 
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
