    This slow-cooked, rich and tasty ragu has all the briny flavors of puttanesca with the addition of locally raised pork shoulder! It goes great with spaghetti squash or your favorite pasta.

    • Ingredients: Pork shoulder OL, garlic, anchovy paste, tomato paste, kalamata olives, capers, red wine vinegar, crushed tomatoes, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, spices, oregano O, parsley O, s&p.
    • To serve: Warm ragu on the stove over low heat while cooking your favorite pasta or pasta alternative. Top with parmesan, if desired.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
