This slow cooked, rich and tasty ragu has all the briny flavors of puttanesca with the addition of locally raised pork shoulder! It goes great with spaghetti squash or your favorite pasta.

  • Ingredients: Pork shoulder L, garlic, anchovy paste, tomato paste, kalamata olives, capers, red wine vinegar, crushed tomatoes, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, spices, oregano, parsley, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm ragu on the stove over low heat while cooking your favorite pasta or pasta alternative. Top with parmesan, if desired.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
