    Pork Puttanesca Ragu w/Kalamata Olives, Capers, Fresh Herbs and a Lemon Twist

    This slow-cooked, rich and tasty ragu has all the briny flavors of puttanesca with the addition of local, pasture-raised pork shoulder from Cordova Farms! It goes great with spaghetti squash or your favorite pasta.

    • Ingredients:  Cordova Farms pork shoulder L, garlic, anchovy paste, tomato paste, kalamata olives, capers, red wine vinegar O, crushed tomatoes, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, red pepper flakes, oregano O, parsley O, s&p.
    • To serve: Warm ragu on the stove over low heat while cooking your favorite pasta or pasta alternative. Top with parmesan, if desired.
    • Enjoy within 5 days.
