This hearty and flavorful curry features Amaltheia pork shoulder, slowly cooked in a flavorful coconut and red curry sauce. This is not a 1-quart jar of soup, rather it is 1 pint of coconut curry with very little broth.  It goes well with white or brown rice. 

  • 1 pint includes 5oz pork; packaged in glass.
  • GF, DF, SF, red curry paste contains shrimp
  • Ingredients: Amaltheia pork shoulder OL, red curry paste (red curry paste (dried red chili, garlic, lemongrass, shallot, galangal, shrimp paste, kaffir lime peel), coconut milk O, onion,  garlic, fish sauce, chicken bone broth (roasted chicken bones, onions, carrots, celery, fresh parsley stems and bay leaves), carrot O, sweet potato O, bell pepper O, mushrooms, brown sugar, cilantro, s&p.
  • To serve: Warm gently on the stove. Serve with rice if desired.
  • Enjoy within 5 days.
